About Jaromir

I've been making comics since 2000 and am committed to visual storytelling on the ineffable in life – through autobiographical work like My Self (2017) and Dear Denver (2018), as well as the magical realism of Battle the Unicorn (ongoing) and Gen eXXed (2017) with J. James McFarland. Shorter works have appeared in The Columbus Scribbler (2018), Blocked: Stories from the World of Online Dating (2018), and Mint’s “The Small Picture” (2015). I also edit and publish zines and anthologies as Great Bear Comics, including the international DOGS! An Anthology of Comics on Our Canine Companions (2014) and Ursa Antho: An Anthology of Bear Comics (2016).
